Laura: [has Derek drive her to the station and she knows everyone is busy collecting guns so she's just going to sit there on a bench, tired and still healing, until her boyfriend is back and can deal with her]

Parrish: [and after he has been frozen and then fire boy where he and McCall have connected on a new level, and done weapon seizure, he finally makes his way back to the station with a few other deputies and armfuls of weapons]

Laura: [and she perks up a bit, but still stays back. she's a bit twitchy from when she was electrocuted and then she was turned to stone which was not better but she exhales in relief when she sees him and leaves it at that for now]

Parrish: [and he knows that face so he hands off his weapons to the other deputy and goes right to her] Are you okay? I haven't heard from you in days and was worried but I know you guys were trying to make Monroe believe you were gone...

Laura: [and she'll just push up from the bench and lean forward, wrapping her arms around his waist and burying her face against his shoulder so no, she's not okay, but she will be]

Parrish: [and he will just hold her, and his arms will tighten] Come on, let's find an office.

Laura: [she nods as she pulls back to let him lead the way, not wanting to talk about it in the open]

Parrish: [and he will guide her into the Sheriff's office since Stilinski and Mills are dealing with lots of guns and explosives] What happened?

Laura: Monroe and Gerard got me and Derek. They had us strung up in the Armory.

Parrish: What?! Scott didn't tell me that.

Laura: Probably because there wasn't time and he didn't know until the fight started.

Parrish: [shakes his head] When I find Monroe...

Laura: [she shakes her head, resting her hands on his shoulders] She's gone for now, and I'm okay. Just a little twitchy.

Parrish: Well, I've got to help the guys log the entire Argent arsenal. Do you want to help so you can be with me?

Laura: What would I have to do? Am I even allowed to? [custody of evidence and all that]

Parrish: You can sit at the desk and write out the labels for us to tag the weapons, and keep the inventory that we call you? You can't touch the weapons, but you'll not get anyone trying to push you out if you do the paperwork.

Laura: [she takes a deep breath before nodding] I can do that.

Parrish: Good. I'd rather keep you close, but I can't sneak away right now. We've lost a third of the staff, and Gerard armed the entire town.

Laura: [she nods] I'd rather be close, so this is fine. I have good handwriting.

Parrish: Good. [and he will kiss her]

Laura: [sighs as she kisses him back, her hands coming up to rest against his chest]

Parrish: And when this is done, we'll go home and I'll take a day off and we can just be us for a bit.

Laura: I think that sounds like an excellent idea.

Parrish: Good. Then let's go this so we can get to that point.

Laura: [nods and she will follow him back to the room with all the guns]

Parrish: [and the deputies are all for Laura to do the paperwork which will also speed up the process]

Laura: [and she will get put to the work, helping them process things as quickly as possible]

Sheriff: [and he will stop in after awhile and see her and smile] I didn't realize we hired a receptionist while I was gone.

Laura: Only temporary, Sheriff. Just needed something to do while I was waiting for him to finish. [points to Parrish]

Sheriff: Well, if you want to keep it after, I'm sure we can figure out something. But carry on.

Laura: [she gives a small shrug. it'd be good to have something to do after the baby, but she also doesn't want to invade Parrish's space if he doesn't want her there. Not everyone is good at working with their spouse, Sheriff.]

Parrish: [oh he'd be happy. Not that they do the same thing. It's the others who would be telling them to get a room]

Laura: [well, they can discuss that later] We'll see. Everything okay out there?
