Stiles: [and he's going to be sitting on the floor, his hands tapping nervously as he watches the radio room]
Ben: [pacing] How long do you think time passes back home while we're here?
Olivia: [she glances back over her shoulder and shrugs] Peter said the last thing he remembered was Amelia being born, right? Was he aware of how long he'd been here?
Stiles: [licks his lips] No. I had to remind him. He was pretty much like one of them when i got here. I had to keep him from slipping back.
Olivia: So eventually we'll turn into zombie people and just lose all track of time. Great.
Ben: No, if Stiles can snap Peter out of it, we can take care of each other and make sure we don't slip. [looks over his shoulder] First thing - we don't sit on those benches.
Stiles: The benches have nothing to do with it...
Olivia: Who says? [she glances back at Stiles] We sit down, take a load off - get complacent - and the next thing we know, we're in zombie land. We need to keep moving.
Stiles: Well, what happens when we need to sleep? I mean, we have to sleep sometime. Go to the bathroom...
Olivia: We're not going to take a shit on the bench, Stiles. And I don't know - have you needed to sleep since you've been here?
Stiles: I've only been here a few hours.
Olivia: Try a few days, Stiles.
Ben: I guess that answers that question.
Stiles: What?! [stands up]
Olivia: Last time I saw you was a while ago. Piecing in the memories after the fact is weird, but it might have even been a few weeks.
Stiles: [and he's going to just fall back against the wall in shock] Oh fuck. Cora...
Olivia: [sighs as she goes to lean next to him] If Peter made it back, at least she'll know you're out there.
Stiles: If he even remembers us once he's back there.
Olivia: He has to. I mean, he's seen the Riders, I think once you've done that you're part of the catatonic club for life.
Stiles: He didn't remember a lot when I found him. He was like them.
Ben: Do any of them remember how they got here?
Stiles: [shakes his head] Except Trent, but he's dead now. I think. Or just... doesn't exist.
Olivia: That portal can't be the only way out. There has to be a loophole somewhere.
Stiles: We can keep trying the radio.
Olivia: Maybe. [she runs her hands through her hair as she paces a bit] This would be a really great time to have Dawn's Encyclopedia of Knowledge. I mean, I know she's not the Key anymore, but she might at least know something.
Ben: [and his eyes are going to look up at the waiting room list, wandering over to it a moment] We may not have Dawn's brain, but we have two Winchesters.
Olivia: [her eyebrows go up] You do realize that the brains end of the three of us is Michael, and our MO is usually "break shit until something works." Not that I'm opposed, I'm just pointing that out.
Ben: Just because Michael is the nerd doesn’t mean we don't have the capacity. [thinks] Well, at least you have it. I'm more about reality TV and music.
Olivia: [she snorts as she looks around the room again] Okay. Let's start breaking shit. [a beat] Why are they taking people? What do they need us for?
Stiles: I don't know, maybe they are behind on their quota?
Olivia: [there's a look there that says "actual answers please" before she turns her eyes back to the rest of the room again] Okay, so on the one hand the Wild Hunt is a Norse tale, so it's highly possible that they're just going to drag us back to the gods so they can eat us, but didn't Lucifer murder most of them in this universe?
Ben: No, only Balder and Loki. Balder was the representative, and Loki who was actually Gabriel the archangel which means that there could be a real Loki.
Stiles: [looks at Ben]
Ben: It happened before Sam said yes, so the timelines aren't different yet.
Olivia: I am not here for being eaten. [wrinkles her nose then glances around] Observation #2: whatever's running this thing must have a hell of a lot of power.
Stiles: ... that would mean one of the gods is running it.
Olivia: Or we are the power? [she glances back to Stiles] Gods don't actually have that much power anymore - not many people believe in them anymore. But you know what never runs out of power? Soul power.
Ben: That's true. Castiel learned that the hard way though.
Stiles: [and the brain behind the eyes is working] Which means that if sitting down makes the people into the zombies like they don't have a soul... [looks up at Liv] Break the benches.
Olivia: [just grins, and goes to find something she can slam into one of the benches]
Ben: That we're good at. [and he's going to look for something to use as well]
Olivia: [and eventually she'll find a nice heavy beam and bring it right down between two of the catatonic patrons, hoping to do some damage to the bench]
Stiles: [oh look, there's magic there, and it's going to just send Liv and the beam flying away in a burst of energy similar to a deflector shield.]
Olivia: [and of course she will go flying and hit the ground hard] Ow.
Ben: Liv. [and he will go to check on her as Stiles goes to look at the bench more closely, kneeling down before laying on his back and scooting under it]
Olivia: I suggest we find an easier way to get them off the bench.
Stiles: Not sure if that's going to be possible. Can you find me something to write with?
Olivia: [groans at the idea of getting up] Give me a minute.
Ben: What do you see?
Stiles: Sigils. Lots of them and I can't make them out in this light but if I can do a rubbing I can see if I recognize any of them from school.
Olivia: [sighs as she gets up] Maybe there's something in the radio room?
Ben: I'll keep watch for the Riders if you're going in there.
Olivia: [nods and she'll make her way to the door, nudging it open again as she rifles through some stuff to find what Stiles is looking for]
Stiles: [luckily there's probably pencils and paper around, and when she gets back he will make a rubbing of it and slide back out]
Olivia: [will just look over his shoulder to see what he found]
Stiles: [and he's trying to find enough light that isn't this creepy blue shit to really look at them] Okay, I recognize this one as an attractant.
Ben: Like making someone come closer?
Stiles: Yeah.
Olivia: So the benches are basically giant lures?
Stiles: There's more to it, but the symbol makes people want to sit down on them. [points at the next symbol] No idea what that one is.
Olivia: Again, an area where we could use Dawn, right about now. The only symbolic language I know enough to try and decipher is Enochian and that ain't it.
Ben: What I'd do for grandpa's journal. He probably has some stuff in there too that could help.
Olivia: [huffs out an exhale] Maybe we should try ... disrupting the power source. I mean, it won't be easy, but if we can wake people up and keep them moving, maybe it'll destabilize things. Make it easier to see a way out.
Ben: I'm all for breaking thing.
Stiles: But that could make us lose the ability to talk to the others on the radio.
Olivia: Does it matter if it gets us out of here? Then we can actually talk to them in person.
Stiles: And if it doesn't work? What then?
Olivia: Then we try something else. But we can't tell them [where] to come get us if we don't actually know where it is. And no offense to everyone back home, but sitting around and waiting for them to call doesn't exactly seem like a game plan for not becoming one of the catatonic. And to be fair, just sitting here and letting these people zone out and forget their lives doesn't seem right to me either.
Ben: [Stiles is about to answer and has that angry face but Ben steps between the two of them] Alright, back in your own corners. You're both right, but the objective here is to get us out of here and save these people. Let's take a deep breath first and come up with our plans and all outcomes to each action before we jump down each other's throats.
Olivia: [takes a deep breath, before nodding, and heading back towards the train tunnel again] Fine. I'm going to get some air.
Stiles: Good luck finding any that's not stale! [shouted after her]
Ben: Dude.
Olivia: [yep, totally just flipping him the bird over her shoulder]
Stiles: I'm not going to risk us losing that line out. You don't cut off your only path of information on a maybe. [and he and Ben are just going to argue for a bit while she's gone]
Olivia: [and she's going to stew on the tracks, keeping out of view but ever bit of this grates her. She can't just do nothing, she's too much of a Winchester for that, and this wait-and-see attitude that most of Beacon Hills seems to take pisses her off more than she cares to admit. Where Olivia's from, you don't wait and see. Wait and see is how you end up dead.]
Ben: [and when he's finally talked Stiles down and left him sitting against the wall of the train station, he will go hunt his cousin out] Liv?
Olivia: [deep breath] What?
Ben: You okay?
Olivia: No. [she makes a face] As we speak, I am slowly being forgotten by everyone I know like I never existed and Stiles wants to sit here and wait for a phone call.
Ben: And he's already been forgotten, and right now it's the only line we have to communicate back and forth. He's scared that we lose that... they forget and there's nothing left to remind them about us. Or if they find a solution, they will have no way to tell us without getting taken themselves.
Olivia: Or we could find a solution first! We don't have to depend on them. And don't you think that those people have a right to fight for themselves?
Ben: They do, but what are we going to do if we freed them right now, Liv? There's a hundred of them at least. We can't control that many people. They try to run down this tunnel and hit the barrier - they are gone forever. You know some of them will try and attack the riders - how will that go over?
Olivia: Maybe we should! Maybe the plan should be taking control and having them tell us how to get back safely.
Ben: Then let's do this - I'll attack them. See what happens.
