spamalot } { of new additions and second births

Cora: [and after putting the kids down for the night she will wander in to find her husband, leaning into him from behind and wrapping her arms round his shoulders from behind, placing a soft kiss on his cheek] Hi.

Stiles: Hey, beautiful. I am like, five minutes away from being done. [which she knows means he will be at the computer for like an hour]

Cora: Mmmm-hmmm. [she rests her chin against his shoulder] What are you working on?

Stiles: A medical school needs a system to be able to record nurse clinical case types. They want it to be user friendly that helps first years know where to put what information.

Cora: Ahh. Well, when you decide you just can't take it anymore, there's something I kinda have to talk to you about.

Stiles: [eyes still on the screen] What about?

Cora: That thing we talked about at Christmas.

Stiles: [and his fingers keep typing a moment before they stop and he turns to look at her, confused because Christmas was like, almost two months ago now and they talked about a few things back then] Another clue?

Cora: [okay, fair] The big thing we talked about at Christmas.

Stiles: [wait for it... wait for it...] Oh? [blinks] Wait... wait you're...?

Cora: [she nods with a small smile] Yep.

Stiles: [and he stands up, grinning] Really?

Cora: [she laughs as she straightens with him] Yeah. Just heard from the doctor today.

Stiles: [and he is going to just pick her up and twirl her in the air, laughing and smiling before pulling her in for a deep kiss]

Cora: [and she laughs as well before she leans into the kiss, resettling her arms around his neck again]

Stiles: [and when he needs to breathe] So how far along are you?

Cora: Don't know yet. I only got the blood test back tonight, I have to make an appointment with my OBGYN to find out that stuff.

Stiles: Do you want me to come with you to that? I can tell the guys I'm taking the day off.

Cora: If you want. There's probably not going to be much to see, because it's probably about the size of a bean.

Stiles: Yes, but it's our little bean.

Cora: It is our little bean.

Stiles: [and he will kiss her again] I love you.

Cora: [smiles into the kiss] I love you too.

Stiles: [wraps his arms loosely around her hips] Hopefully your family hasn't smelled it on you yet so we can try and surprise them this time.

Cora: I'm definitely not that far along.

Stiles: Yeah, but your mom has that freaky I know everything before you are even thinking it ability.

Cora: That's not a werewolf thing. That's just motherhood.

Stiles: It's still freaky

Cora: Melissa does the same thing.

Stiles: And you're learning the ways of the motherhood jedi powers too.

Cora: Slowly, but surely.

Stiles: One day Master you will be, and Dina will be your padawan learner. A long, long time from now.

Cora: A very, very long time from now.

Stiles: Like, twenty to thirty years.

Cora: Yes, that sounds good.

Stiles: So, I can go back to this tomorrow. What do you want to do to celebrate?

Cora: [she takes a deep breath] Lots of alone time before I'm the size of a whale again and have a hard time moving?

Stiles: Alone time I can do. [and he will lean in to kiss her] Bedroom?

Cora: [she nods] Perfect.

Stiles: [and he will reach over with one hand and save his work and shut the computer off, and then take her hand and walk with her to the bedroom]

Cora: [and she will follow his lead, leaning in to kiss him once the door is closed]

Stiles: [and he will kiss her back, and then slowly take his time making love to his wife, worshipping her like the goddess she is to him]

Cora: [and she's just happy that they're here and their family is growing and make sure he is nice and happy before she becomes a hormonal mess again]

Stiles: [he is always happy here with her. and it would take a lot to ruin this]

Cora: [yes, but she knows she can get a little crazy. and once they are all sweaty and sated, Cora will curl up with him and press a kiss against his shoulder] Hopefully this one won't take as long to come out as Ben did.

Stiles: I have heard the second one is easier. Your sister could probably confirm that one.

Cora: Her second birth was the twins.

Stiles: ..... Okay ask your mom.

Cora: Her second birth was Derek.

Stiles: So yeah, find out how bad Derek was coming out.

Cora: [she laughs] I thought we weren't telling her yet.

Stiles: ... After we tell her.

Cora: Okay.

Stiles: I mean, it's not like the little bean is coming out soon.

Cora: No. We have at least eight months.

Stiles: So plenty of time to find out the myth of the second child.

Cora: That is true.

Stiles: Though we're going to run out of room when we evict Ben from the nursery.

Cora: [she sighs softly] We have eight months to figure that out too.

Stiles: Not too late to sell Dina to the circus.

Cora: Nope, I'm still gonna veto that one.

Stiles: Alright. We'll talk with Lydia and Parrish and see what ideas they have.

Cora: [she nods] We'll figure it out.

Stiles: But for right now, we'll just enjoy this here.

Cora: I think that's a great idea.

Stiles: [and he will kiss her and snuggle closer]

Cora: [and she will kiss him back with a soft sigh] Boy or girl?

Stiles: Girl. A little girl who looks just like you.

Cora: [hums softly] You and Ben will be outnumbered.

Stiles: I think we'll be fine.

Cora: I guess we'll have to wait and see. [too bad the dice have already decided it's a boy]

Stiles: That's part of the surprise. [they will just have to try again later LOL]

Cora: Yep. Though I know it drives Derek crazy that we want to be surprised.

Stiles: Well Derek finds his kids in cabbage patches. He'll deal.

Cora: [she laughs]

Stiles: Beyond the littlest, of course.

Cora: No, that one he got all on his own.

Stiles: Miracles can happen.

Cora: Yes, they can. But they don't usually strike twice.

Stiles: Back to the cabbage patch he goes.

Cora: Yep. I'm pretty sure he wants another little girl at some point.

Stiles: Oh, I don't want to see the sibling rivalry that Lucy will bring down on that one.

Cora: I don't think it'll be sibling rivalry necessarily, but it'll definitely be dad's attention rivalry.

Stiles: For sure. We saw it with Ben in the beginning too.

Cora: Yep. She didn't with Jacob, but I have a feeling if it's another girl, she'll take it more personally.

Stiles: I guess we'll see what happens.

Cora: Guess so. [sighs as she closes her eyes] I think it's time to sleep now though.

Stiles: [pulls her into his arms a bit more] Goodnight, Cora.

Cora: [hums softly] Night, Stiles.

Stiles: [and to sleep they go]

Cora: [yep, nighty night]
