Lindsay: [Michael picked her up from the airport, dropped her off again, and immediately fled the bunker because he did not want to be around for the end result. Sam and Dean were out on a job, Liv was in Boston, so they would have the bunker to themselves. And after Lindsay lets herself inside, she pokes around to try and find him, trying to be as sneaky as possible]
Ben: [he had no idea she was coming. All he knew was that Michael had left to go visit his girl that morning, Sam and Dean were off not talking about what happened over the summer, Liv was still in Boston, and Cas took Jack for a father & son roadtrip. He was exhausted, running ragged, and trying to figure out why Michael would suddenly leave Dean and what that meant. He is on edge and when he hears someone moving behind him, he spins and has his gun aimed, but doesn't fire just yet because it could be a hunter coming back to the compound]
Lindsay: [and her hands immediately go up, as she flashes him a bright smile] Easy there, tiger. I can get kinky but not that kinky.
Ben: [blinks, and then chuckles and lowers his arm and gun] Hey. I didn't know you were in town. Did I miss a call?
Lindsay: Nope. I am here to be your slightly early birthday present.
Ben: Oh shit, that's this month, isn't it? [scratches at his beard]
Lindsay: [she laughs] Yes it is. And you look like you've been working yourself pretty hard.
Ben: Yeah. [laughs with her] Sam and Dean are... Sam and Dean. Not dealing and hunting to avoid talking. So I'm playing point man for the hunter army and I feel like I have no idea what I'm doing.
Lindsay: Well, Michael told me that I could have you all to myself for at least this weekend and he set up the phones to forward all calls to him, so you are getting a break. [she leans in to kiss him] Happy Birthday.
Ben: [blinks, then smiles] That little bastard. [and he will wrap his arms around her and pull her in tight, kissing her back]
Lindsay: [grins into the kiss as she slides his arms around her neck] I helped too. It was a group decision.
Ben: So does that mean I need to go kiss Mikey next?
Lindsay: No, I think we both would prefer you stay here kissing me.
Ben: Good, because that's my preference too. [and he will back her up against the table and kiss her hard]
Lindsay: [and she will go easily, sliding up onto the table so that she could wind her legs around him to pull him closer]
Ben: [yup, those maps and books are just going to get swept onto the floor. This man of letters decedent has better uses for the meeting table at the moment]
Lindsay: [and this is why Michael didn't want to stick around. Lindsay just leans back as he clears the table, giving him space to move on top of her but still keeping up the kiss]
Ben: [he's good with that. It's been awhile since they did this, but she has his full, undivided attention and he's missed her]
Lindsay: [and she will take full advantage of that attention, because she's missed him too, very much]
Ben: [and he isn't going to really wait, planning on enjoying every inch of his birthday gift]
Lindsay: [look, there's no one there to judge them, and she certainly isn't going to stop him. and once he's done with round one, she'll glance over to him with a smile as she catches her breath] So I take it you're happy with your birthday gift?
Ben: I don't think anything could make me happier. [grins at her, breathing hard and looking way more relaxed now]
Lindsay: [grins] Good. I'm glad.
Ben: [and he is going to just lay there, eyes closed, a big ass grin on his face.]
Lindsay: [shakes her head before resting a hand on his chest] You're going to fall asleep already? Not even going to get a girl a beer?
Ben: Hey, it's been awhile. I'm out of practice. [he will lean over and kiss her though]
Lindsay: [hums as she kisses him back, one hand coming up to rest against the side of his neck]
Ben: [and he's going to nuzzle into that hand, which of course is a lot fuzzier than normal]
Lindsay: [yep, she noticed that, and she pulls back to look at him] You okay?
Ben: Yeah, it's just been a rough time.
Lindsay: Dean's back. That's good at least, right?
Ben: Yeah, but Michael just left him. It doesn't feel right. Something's happening, and Sam and Dean are too distracted with each other to figure it out right now.
Lindsay: What do you think it might be?
Ben: My gut says it's a trap. Like, Michael wants us off somewhere so we aren't somewhere else.
Lindsay: Would it help if we could get information from someone who talked to Michael?
Ben: Maybe. If he talked to them about what he's planning.
Lindsay: He's been tight lipped about it, but Buffy and I have a hunch that he paid Peter a visit.
Ben: Peter Hale? Why the hell would Michael care about an omega werewolf?
Lindsay: Don't know. But aside from creeping on me, which I don't think was originally part of his plan, Peter was the only person we know for sure he had an extended conversation with. Not Jody or Alex, not Scott, just Peter.
Ben: Then yeah, maybe I should talk to him. After.
Lindsay: After, huh? You have plans?
Ben: Well, I gotta get my best girl a beer.
Lindsay: That's right. You do owe me a beer.
Ben: [and he will slide off the table and, in an afterthought pull his pants back on because Cas and Jack could pop up in a snap, and then heads to the kitchen]
Lindsay: [and she will take that as a hint to get somewhat dressed herself because they are kind of still in the middle of a common area]
Ben: [yeah, he'll clean that up... eventually. But yeah, boyfriend is fuzzy up top, pale and skinny below, but still has his washboard abs. You're welcome]
Lindsay: [yeah, she's going to get some actual food in him, because she's been worried]
Ben: [but for now, beer as he returns with two cold ones] How was your trip?
Lindsay: Not bad. I flew in so I basically slept through most of it.
Ben: Planes. [shivers] Don't know how you do that.
Lindsay: [laughs] You inherited that from Dean, huh?
Ben: [shrugs, sipping his beer] Not many planes growing up. Never got on one, and not fond of being on a semi-missile.
Lindsay: It's not really a semi-missile so much as a flying train.
Ben: If it falls nose-first, it's a missile.
Lindsay: ... Lots of things fall nose first that aren't missiles.
Ben: But when a train crashes, people live. Not so with plane crashes. [and he mimics a mushroom cloud explosion]
Lindsay: People still die when a train crashes. And people do survive plane crashes. There was a guy who crash landed a plane on the Hudson and everyone survived.
Ben: [laughs and shakes his head] Fine, fine.
Lindsay: I'm just saying that I'm not really a car person. So if we ever do a big trip together, you might want to accept the fact that it may happen. Though I'm open to negotiation.
